By bus: There are 4 express lines X1, X2, X3, X4 going to different parts of the island (with X4 going to Valletta). The buses go daily every 30 min from 5:30 to 22:30. It takes around 26 min. Costs 1,5 € (winter fare) and 2 € (summer fare) for a 2 hour ride. Summer rates apply between mid-June and mid-October.
